Beginners Yoga Level 2 systematically deepens the Beginner's basic routine. Gradually adding variations that gently invite you to engage your level of flexibility and strength. Deepen your skill and knowledge of practice with variations of relaxation and breathing practices.

  • 4 weekly sessions
  • Tuesdays 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
