Beginners Hatha Yoga

Yoga for Beginners is a systematic course in the essentials of Hatha Yoga*, including warm-ups, therapeutic postures, deep relaxation and breathing techniques. This course cultivates a meditative, “inside-out” relationship with your self. Each session builds upon the last. Learn an integrated routine that lasts a lifetime.
