Saturday Drop-In Yoga

Saturday drop in classes with Linda are a wonderful accompaniment and reinforcement to Lakshyan’s Hatha Yoga Beginner’s course. Starting with centering and Pranayama (breath work), and warm-ups, learn a safe and gentle flow of postures, ending with a deep relaxation.  Learn to integrate your individual experience with a meditative approach that helps you know yourself more authentically. Take the elements of the essential beginner’s course and build yourself a practice that is grounded yet always adaptable.

If you call ahead, Saturday Drop-In Yoga can be used as a make-up for a missed course class.

  • Pre-registration recommended.
