Psychotherapy can also offer valuable support at times of personal and spiritual growth, or when you are receiving medical treatment, since emotions and life changes often accompany medical problems.

Our BodyMind method offers a gentle, meditative and brief approach to psychotherapy, integrating the best of both Eastern and Western techniques. Working together, client and therapist use mindfulness* and the innate wisdom of the body to recall experiences, uncover core beliefs and images, and open new life choices.

  • Psychotherapy sessions are usually scheduled either weekly or twice a month and last from 60 to 90 minutes.
  • You may call to make an appointment yourself, or ask your doctor for a referral.
  • Most insurances will cover part of the cost of psychotherapy.
