Intermediate Yoga

Intermediate Yoga: Go deeper into your yoga practice as you work at your own pace. With appropriate warm-ups, systematically learn a series core alignment poses, standing and balancing poses, and greater depth of relaxation and breathing techniques. This program leads to a more aerobic and advanced level of practice.
