Beginners Yoga

Beginners Yoga is a systematic course in the essentials of hatha yoga, including warm-ups, therapeutic postures, deep relaxation and breathing techniques. This course cultivates a meditative, "inside-out" relationship with yourself. Each session builds upon the last. Learn an integrated routine that leads you to an intermediate level of practice.
